The gorgeous, Miranda Kerr was on hand at David Jones' Castlereagh St Store in Sydney today to promote the new David Jones credit card that enables Australian shoppers to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points as an additional rewards option when they shop using the DJs Amex. Kerr, is the brand ambassador for both companies, and she looked absolutely stunning in a white asymmetric dress by Willow.

Jessica Alba was out and about in West Hollywood yesterday, heading to her hair stylist for lighter locks for her role in the upcoming Sin City sequel. The smokin' mum-of-two, paired a pair of electric blue jeans with a floral blazer by StyleStalker. 

Girl's got some serious style... And how good does she look, even without make up!? 

P.S. I seriously need that blazer in my life, pronto! 

Spotted...

Former American Idol judge, Jennifer Lopez was spotted poolside at Wet Republic in Las Vegas over the weekend. The mumma of 2 sported a lace, all white ensemble by bec & bridge.

Now, J.Lo is definitely one of the hottest women in the world, and her body is insane... But this look just doesn't work for her at all. I saw this exact look on the bec & bridge website, and it looked fierce, I just don't think it works for someone as curvy as J.Lo. Also, the styling is just wrong, the white Birkin and those chunky snake print heels are too cumbersome... maybe I'm being too critical, but in my eyes J.Lo, more often than not looks killer, so this is just a bit of a let down.

But can we take a minute to appreciate those abs, daaaaaaamn! I think I will have to stick this photo up on the fridge in the lead up to Summer!

Camilla & Marc Concept Store

Camilla & Marc have been making some exciting changes to their brand... Including the introduction of their new diffusion line, C&M, which will become available at David Jones, as well as the launch of their own Concept Store within David Jones' Bourke St Mall Store in Melbourne.  

The store's official opening was last Thursday, and was celebrated with a cocktail party hosted by David Jones Racewear ambassador, Emma Freedman, as well as the Camilla & Marc designers, Camilla Freeman-Topper and Marc Freeman. 

The gorgeous, Samantha Harris opened the show, which showcased the feminine silhouettes,  floral prints and vibrant colour palette of label's incredibly amazing Spring, 'Le Jardin Secret' collection.

I can't wait to check out the space next month when I'm in Melbourne... The space looks so fab! Mind you, I think it would be a wise decision if I left my credit card at home, I'm lusting after far too many pieces from this beautiful collection!

The 2012 InStyle Summer Soiree was the place to be last Wednesday, with all the hottest celebs making an appearance, and some rocked a couple of Australia's finest summer looks!

Dallas star, Jordana Brewster looked classic in a white Bec & Bridge laser cut out mini. As you all know, I'm obsessed with anything white, and this dress is perfect for the occasion and shows of Jordana's amazing legs (and tan!)... The only issue I have with this look is the clutch, it's too bulky... A smaller clutch in a bright colour would have taken this look to an entirely new level.

Revenge's, Ashley Madekwe looked picture perfect as always, in a Zimmermann white and pink tea-length dress. Everything about the look is flawless! LOVE it!

Designer Spotlight: Mettle

One of my favourite things is when I discover labels that have a fabulous and inspiring story, that really sets them a part from the crowd. I think it's particularly important to be innovative in a period of economic downturn, and do something different that excites consumers.... and that's exactly what Mettle has done! Mettle is the brain child of Melbourne-based designer, Brianna Hallihan, and the most amazing thing about Mettle is that each piece is fair-trade accredited and hand made from bomb shell metal from the Khmer Rouge and recycled Lucite. Brianna works exclusively with co-ops and communities within Cambodia and Indonesia to create these luxe, unique and socially and environmentally conscious pieces. I am obsessed with each and every piece; they look amazing, the quality is phenomenal, but it's the thought and love that goes into its creation that makes Mettle truly remarkable!

Elle Australia set to launch in 2013!

ACP magazines have announced that they will be launching an Australian edition of Elle magazine next year! The news was first announced last November, however the initial plans had been postponed, which left many believing the idea had been canned, but ACP head of sales, Louise Barrett has put those rumours to bed, saying, “Elle is absolutely coming next year. Without doubt.” - YAY! 


Elle is the largest fashion magazine in the world, with 42 international editions in over 60 countries! I am so excited to see how ACP and their partners, Hearst International Magazines adapt this truly iconic magazine for the Australian market... with any luck, it will be a true celebration of Australian fashion! *fingers crossed*

Taylor Tomasi-Hill and Tommy Ton for Oroton

Following the launch of their SS12/13 RTW collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, Australia, Oroton has released an exciting campaign to promote their latest collection hitting stores.

The vibrant and super chic shots were captured by street style photographer, Tommy Ton, and styled by the amaaaaaaazing Taylor Tomasi-Hill.

Using the gorgeous Sydney Harbour as their backdrop, the pair certainly did not disappoint as they have perfectly captured the eclectic mix of textures as well as the bold and fresh vibe of Oroton's debut RTW collection.

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Sydney

It's back!! The Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival is returning to Sydney Town Hall this August, 21-25, and I am super excited! It gives everyone the opportunity to check out the best of MBFWA, as well as the hottest trends. Tickets are now on sale, so if you're around make sure you go!

I'm definitely going, hopefully I can make it to as many shows as possible... and of course I'll be reporting back to make sure you all get a front-row insight!

Lucette's Modern Tribe

Since it's inception, I have loved Lucette's stuff. They're modern yet boho-glam vibe is extremely cool and their exclusive fabrics and prints is just the icing on the cake.

Each season, Lucette goes from strength to strength, and their SS12/13 collection, Modern Tribe doesn't disappoint. With a delicious mix of sorbets, leather, lace, silk, and flirty silhouettes, Lucette has created a truly delightful Spring/Summer collection that epitomises exactly what a Spring/Summer collection should be.

One of my favourite things about Lucette (other than their clothes and accessories) is their staff, the customer service at their William Street store is like no other! So if you're ever in the neighbourhood you must go check it out... They make you feel right at home.

P.S. I desperately need that blue peplum dress (above), isn't it just devine?!
